I highly recommend the Fit Responder program to all fFrst Responders! Since starting the program, I have lost weight, inches, and body fat while at the same time gaining muscle. I feel lighter and faster on my feet again. The problem is honestly easy and affordable to follow, and the recipes are delicious and easy to prep. I joined fit responder back in May. It has by far been the best decision I’ve ever made. My quality of life has improved immensely. I have always worked out, but not at the level I’m currently working out. This program is sustainable and easy to stay consistent. Fit responder provides the tools, but it is up to you to put in the work. My goal was to lose 10lbs. of fat. I lost 20lbs in a matter of weeks.

I then joined OPS. Once again, best decision I’ve ever made. I’m now gaining lean muscle and insane strength. The results have been incredible.

Been rocking the Fit Responder program a bit over a month now. In this line of work, you can go days, weeks or even months before seeing one of your homies. Just about every day, I get compliments on my "look". I've been called "skinny", "fit" and my favorite, "present" by my family. That right there gives the reason behind the pain in the gym, the reason for the lifestyle change. In other programs I've been told "You can't have/eat/do that anymore ". That statement is the number 1 killer for me. Stop telling me I can't and tell me I can. With Fit Responder, my coach along with the entire Fit Responder team tells me "You can!" all the time. I highly recommend this program! Losing weight was always something I’ve struggled with but Fit Responder makes it easy and fun! I’ve lost 40lbs in 7 months and I feel so much better physically and mentally! The coaches are all extremely supportive of you and your goals. I don't even know where to begin!!! This is by far the best program I have ever tried! The recipes, the food are delicious! The accountability coaches are 2nd to none. 12/10 recommend!!! This past week I found myself sprinting through an entire airport to make my connecting flight. This must have easily been a dead sprint for almost 1/4 mile carrying luggage. Without Fit Responder I'm not sure I would've been able to make my flight before the last call was made. If you're on the fence about signing up, take the plunge and do it!
